Welcome to Jardin Eden Flowers & Aromatique, operated in collaboration with Wingding Event Styling. In this Purchase Terms & Conditions Agreement, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Jardin Eden Flowers & Aromatique c/o Wingding Event Styling.

It’s important that you read the complete Purchase Terms & Conditions carefully as they will govern the agreement (also called a contract) between us if you use the site and/ or buy products from the Shop.

If you access or use the Shop we will take that to mean that you agree to our Purchase Terms. If you make a purchase from the Shop, you will accept the Terms. If you don’t agree, please refrain from using the Shop. We may change the Terms from time to time (and may or may not let you know that we have), so you should come back to this page regularly to check the Terms. You can see the date we last changed the Terms noted above. If you continue to use the Shop after we’ve changed the Terms, then you agree to the new Terms.

Shop

The Shop is an internet service that allows you to browse and purchase a selection of our products. If you have any problems using, or any questions about, the Shop, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Use of the Shop

You must be eighteen years old or older to use the Shop. While we use all reasonable endeavors to make sure that the Shop is available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, we cannot guarantee that your access will be uninterrupted or error free. Access may be unavailable temporarily without notice in the event of a system failure, maintenance or any reason beyond our control.

Links to third party sites appearing on the Shop are provided for your convenience only. These links and third party sites are not verified or recommended by us. Your access of such third party sites is at your own risk and may be subject to third party terms of use, which are often similar to common purchase conditions.

We have the right to end our agreement with you for your use of the Shop if you breach these Terms or if we suspect you have breached these terms or are engaged, or are about to be engaged or have been involved in fraudulent or illegal activity in connection with the Shop or on the site.

Ordering Process

When placing an order, you agree that any and all information you give us is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. All prices listed on the Shop are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. The total price of your order, including any sales taxes, will be displayed prior to your purchase confirmation.

A contract for the sale of products from Jardin Eden Flowers & Aromatique is formed only when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation email to the address you provided. This email will include details of the items ordered, the payment method selected, and the chosen delivery option as per the terms.

You must check all the details on this order confirmation are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.

If we cannot process your order, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why and our proposed solution. If you’re not happy with the proposed solution, you may decide to cancel your purchase and obtain a full refund.

Payment

You may purchase products from the Shop with the following payment methods:

Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
PayPal
Paynow

All purchases will be charged to your nominated card upon submission of your order. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We use a payment processor called “Paypal” to process your online transaction on our behalf. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We are sorry that we cannot accept personal cheques, cashier’s cheques, or money orders.

Credit card verification codes

We require you to provide your Credit Card Verification Code (or CVC) in order to process your payment. The CVC is a number that appears on your credit card that allows us to verify that the person placing the order has direct access to the credit card being used as required in our purchasing conditions.

Finding the CVC code

For Visa and Mastercard: The three digit number that appears on the signature panel on the back of the card. For American Express: The four digit number that appears in the top right corner on the front of the card.

Delivery and delivery charges

Our Purchase Terms and Conditions specify that the terms set out apply only in relation to the purchase of physical products through the Shop.

Delivery methods and charges

We send your purchased products to you by various options depends on product type, customer preference:

Grab Delivery
Q Delivery
In-house Delivery

We can deliver to all locations in Singapore with correct address provided. We may not be able to process your delivery of your products if the information you provide is incorrect according to our Purchase Terms and Conditions.

Delivery & Shipping Charges

Jardin Eden Flowers & Aromatique offers free standard delivery within selected time slots for all eligible orders. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, or other factors beyond our control, a redelivery fee of $20 will apply for the second and any subsequent delivery attempts, with selected time slots. Make sure you check our Purchase Terms and Conditions if unsure.

Delivery services are currently limited to eligible locations within Singapore. We reserve the right to decline orders that fall outside our serviceable areas.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these delivery terms and any applicable redelivery charges.

Delivery times

If your items are in stock, we will deliver them to you with selected time slots. In the case of pre-orders, we will deliver the products to you as soon as they are in stock.

If you want us to deliver the product in specific date and time, please check with our availability before placing order. We cannot guarantee that we can get your specific delivery date and time in the Purchase Terms and Conditions.

We also offer same-day and urgent delivery options at an additional charge. Availability may vary depending on order cut-off time, delivery location, and product type. Please check with our availability before placing order.
