Welcome to Jardin Eden Flowers & Aromatique, operated in collaboration with Wingding Event Styling. In this Order & Payment Policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Jardin Eden Flowers & Aromatique c/o Wingding Event Styling.
It’s important that you read this Order & Payment Policy carefully. This is because they will govern the agreement, also called a contract, between us if you use the site and/or buy products from the Shop.

The Shop is an internet service that allows you to browse and purchase a selection of our products. If you have any problems using the Shop or any questions about it, please contact us. We’ll do our best to help.

While we use all reasonable endeavors to make sure that the Shop is available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Your access may be unavailable temporarily without notice in the event of a system failure, maintenance, or any reason beyond our control; also, consulting our Order and Payment Policy during these times remains important.

We have the right to end our agreement with you for your use of the Shop if you breach these Terms. Also, if we suspect you have breached these terms or are engaged in, or are about to engage in fraudulent or illegal activity related to the Shop, we may end our agreement. Ordering Process
When placing an order, you agree that any and all information you give us is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. While all prices listed on the Shop are correct at the time of entering the information, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. The total price of your order, including any sales taxes, will be displayed prior to your purchase confirmation.
A contract for the sale of products from Jardin Eden Flowers & Aromatique is formed only when we accept your order. This happens by sending an order confirmation email to the address you provided. The email will include details of the items ordered, the payment method selected, and the chosen delivery option. Information on our Order and Payment Policy will also be included for clarity.
You must check all the details on this order confirmation are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
If we cannot process your order, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why. We will also provide you with our proposed solution. If you’re not happy with the proposed solution, you may decide to cancel your purchase and obtain a full refund.
Payment
What forms of payment do we accept?
You may purchase products from the Shop with the following payment methods:
- Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
- PayPal
- Paynow
All purchases will be charged to your nominated card upon submission of your order. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks. They are also subject to authorization by the card issuer. We use a payment processor called “Paypal” to process your online transaction on our behalf. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Credit card verification codes
We require you to provide your Credit Card Verification Code (or CVC) in order to process your payment. The CVC is a number that appears on your credit card. It allows us to verify that the person placing the order has direct access to the credit card being used.
Finding the CVC code
For Visa and Mastercard, the CVC is the three digit number that appears on the signature panel on the back of the card. For American Express, it is the four digit number that appears in the top right corner on the front of the card.
